ASU Meteor Studio is currently seeking a highly-motivated and energetic Project Coordinator. This candidate works closely and collaboratively with leadership at Meteor Studio to plan, organize, and execute against project requirements and budgets. They will also assist the business operations team to process payroll transactions in PeopleSoft for new and existing student workers and teaching/research assistants/associates, etc. joining the Meteor Studio team. This includes processing offer letters, submitting new hire personnel transaction requests, renewals, and terminations and other adjustments. They will also assist in pre-planning and post-documentation of special events and projects which include coordination of venue, equipment, and guests as well as processing expense reports.
The ideal candidate will identify and acquire necessary resources and coordinate efforts by all parties to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes in accordance with sponsor expectations. The responsibilities are broad in scope, encompassing a wide variety of activities requiring shifts in priorities. This candidate will take initiative, demonstrate a sense of urgency, use good organizational skills, work with several project teams, and follow through on commitments to achieve high-quality, repeatable results.
