The Sound Research Lab lab offers computer musicians, composers and audio designers 24-bit, multi-track digital audio; software- and hardware-based audio control systems; CD mastering equipment; 5.1 surround sound mixing; audio-for-video packages; notation software and MIDI sequencing systems.

The School of Arts, Media and Engineering is a school within the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts.
The Herberger Institute comprises ASU FIDM and ASU FIDM Museum; the School of Art; the School of Arts, Media and Engineering; The Design School;
